Digital Customer Experience Manager

What we need?

Here at, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage the customer strategy and vision and execute the strategy to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved.

As Customer Experience Manager, you’ll own the holistic customer experience for your product verticals – transforming and optimising the onsite customer experience to be the best in class. You’ll support the delivery of the strategy/vision to combine customer proposition, commercial performance and brand equity.

You’ll also ensure that are at the cutting edge of the digital landscape and customer experience, manage the process for continuous optimisation to improve commercial performance and key metrics.

Coupled with this, you’ll be liaising with multiple teams to deliver new ideas that increase our market performance, work with Product Owners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure that journeys adhere to regulatory requirements.

Supporting your direct reports to deliver online development and improvement is key to your role as well as acting as the customer authority for your product verticals – being the ‘go-to’ person for all projects, performance and advice and ensuring delivery is at a high standard at all times.

What will it take?

You’ll have digital experience of working in a brand led company and wider marketing environment, managing external agencies and implementing digital planning strategies as well as having solid relationship management experience.

You’ll have good knowledge of web analytics packages, web monitoring tools and MVT testing and be results driven, delivery and customer focused, aware of new technologies.
